  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.

My story is different than the usual weight loss stories.


I was always someone who did lots of sports and was always active, I was the typical skinny girl who could never gain weight! After high school I started to compete in mountain biking and marathons were my favorite, which meant hours and hours spent on my bike. When I moved to Dubai in 2015 I quickly realized that I can't spent hours on my bike anymore as the heat is unbearable in Dubai summer, so I decided to join the gym, this was when everything changed!


I cycled to gym early morning and did my workouts before work, this is where I met great people who had the same goals as me, to improve! I started to improve at every level, this is where I generated new energy, made lifetime friendships and the time where I helped so many people around me to reach new levels of physical strength and mental strength, this is where I learned that giving up was not an option, and people would ask advice on training and we all helped each other improving our skills, and this was when I decided I want to improve peoples lives, I would motivate them and push them to new levels and this gave me joy and this motivated me to be better everyday, and from there it all snowballed till now where I am not just a coach, but I improve peoples lives and help them to create the ultimate lifestyle change!
